After an initial, no obligation, meeting to discuss the client’s requirements the registration fee is £1000.
This fee covers out of pocket expenses we incur on behalf of our client such as travelling to and from properties, specific marketing on behalf of our client. We will not normally introduce a property that does not match a client’s requirements but if we do, then we will supply a professional report showing that with changes or alterations within the purchasing budget the property will match the original requirements.
On exchange of contracts on a property introduced to the client by O’Callen-Smith Property Searchers the fee of 2% of the agreed purchase price will be paid to O’Callen-Smith Property Searchers.
We have been involved in this service for many years and know that our fees are very competitive with the best property finders, our attention to detail is of the highest standard and we achieve what we set out to achieve.
