O’Callen-Smith Property Searchers provides a high quality residential property finding service for people looking to purchase either land or an established property sufficient for their needs in Rutland, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
We are not estate agents, the role of an estate agent is to act in the best interests of the vendor of a property.
We are independent buying consultants working exclusively for our client, the purchaser. We represent at all times the interests of our client and focus solely on the needs of our client.
We concentrate on the sourcing of country houses, country estates, farms, equestrian properties, village houses, town houses, agricultural land and rural building land.
We save our clients time, money and endless wasted journeys looking at properties that look attractive on paper or come with an estate agent’s recommendation but on viewing prove quite unsuitable.
Many of the properties we find have not yet been officially marketed or advertised.
Our property search involves the study of huge numbers of estate agents’ sales particulars, visiting many property web sites, speaking to and visiting many estate agents and getting out into the chosen area to find potential properties even if they are not on the market for sale.
Experience has shown us that it is our personal relationship with our extensive network of contacts, both social and business, that helps us to identify and secure the perfect properties for our clients.
Prior to retaining our services we suggest an initial meeting (without any obligation) to discuss and listen to our possible clients’ needs.
